TO THE PROBLEM OF SEMICONDUCTOR GAS-SENSITIVE SENSOR PROTOTYPING

Search of optimum methods of measurement of vapors of the components of rocket fuel is carried out: nitric N2O4 (AT) and asymmetrical dimethyl hydrazine (CH3)2N2H2 (ADMH) meeting requirements of the gas analysis of special objects. The method of application of semiconductor sensors as primary converters providing necessary sensitivity, stability and selectivity is chosen. The design allowing on the basis of a semiconductor gas-sensitive sensor is optimized sensors to create the unified multitouch sensor gas analyzer allowing to measure target substances in complex steam-gas mixes.
